Recently, the National Medical Products Administration held a symposium on leading the education of young cadres and an exchange meeting on the results of the 2023 "Rooted in Grassroots" research. The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the symposium on leading the education of young cadres in central and state organs. Six grassroots research teams and three representatives of temporary cadres exchanged their achievements and experiences. Huang Guo, a member of the Party Group, Deputy Director, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the National Medical Products Administration, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.　　
 
 
The meeting called for strengthening political leadership, consolidating ideological foundations, strict daily management, and educating and guiding young cadres to remember the importance of the country, hone their skills, and cultivate good work styles. We need to deepen the promotion of young cadres to improve their grassroots skills, encourage them to combine learning and application, and improve their ability to fulfill their duties and solve problems.
 
More than 60 officials and representatives of young cadres from various departments and directly affiliated units of the bureau attended the meeting.
